Guarantees and withdrawal
Purchases made on the 4you Design Srl website www.wildmsg.com are governed by
Italian law on mail order sales.
The cost of shipping costs, if incurred during the purchase, is not refunded.
We only refund the value spent on returned products.
If you made a mistake in purchasing, or purchased items you did not want,
or you are not satisfied with the order placed, you have 15 working days
time from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of
return the product(s) and be reimbursed for the cost.
We will accept the return of items as long as they are in like new condition.
ATTENTION:
4you Design srl reserves the right not to grant free returns in case of abuse
of the service (upon exceeding 20% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months). From
Consequently, the return can be made at your own expense.
Damaged or non-compliant products: if you receive damaged or non-compliant goods
compliant, please notify us within 5 working days at info@4youdesign.it.
How to request a return?
To exercise the right of withdrawal and start the process of returning one or more items
by sending an email to info@4youdesign.it
4you Design srl will take care of organizing the collection of damaged or undamaged goods
compliant via express courier to the agreed address. You won't have to
incur any costs for the collection, it is the responsibility of 4you design srl.
How to prepare the package for return?
You can use the same box in which you received the goods or one
any box suitable for the size of the product(s) to be returned.
If the product is fragile and is likely to be damaged during transport, take care to insert
in the package of newspaper or other.
Include in your package a copy of the invoice you received with your order.
Seal the box so as to give the courier a package suitable for transport.
How does the refund work?
The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package.
The reimbursement methods are as follows:
If the order was paid with Paypal, you can request the amount to be credited to
PayPal account;
