This section contains the General Conditions of Use of the services offered by
4you design srl. These conditions are to be considered valid until a new version
published by 4you Design srl. The updated version of the general conditions is
the current one, any changes will become effective from the date of
publication on the site. Browsing the site and/or purchasing products
implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions. We invite you to consult, at

General conditions of Sale
Definition and object of the contract
The contract concluded between 4you Design s.r.l. and the customer falls into the category of
distance contracts referred to in the articles. 51 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code),
as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.
A distance contract is defined as any contract concluded between the supplier and
consumer in the framework of an organized sales or provision scheme
remote services which do not require the physical and simultaneous presence of the supplier and the
consumer, through the use of remote means of communication (e.g. telephone, fax,
web etc.) until the conclusion of the contract (itself carried out remotely).
The contract, which has as its object the sale of goods and services, is intended to be concluded with
acceptance, even partial, by 4you Design s.r.l. of a proposal
purchase issued by the customer, via the internet, on the website.
www.wildmsg.com; this acceptance is considered tacit, unless specific communications are made
carried out towards the customer/user.
By placing an order, which must be complete in all its parts, the Customer declares:
to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3, paragraph 1, letter. a) of
Consumer Code;
to be of age;
that the data provided for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful;
that I have read and fully accepted the General Conditions of

Prices
All prices of the products in the catalog on the website www.wildmsg.com are expressed in EURO
and are inclusive of VAT. However, they do not include any taxes, duties and duties
applicable in the country of destination of the purchases, where this is different from Italy
(with the exclusion of the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia), which remain dependent
of the Customer, entirely.
4you Designs.r.l. reserves the right to change the price of the items at any time
moment, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be
the one indicated on the website at the time of sending the order and which will not be taken into account
of any variations (increasing or decreasing) subsequent to the transmission of the
itself, except for increases imposed by law relating to taxes, duties, duties and/or events
independent of the will of 4you Design s.r.l..

be lower than the correct selling price of a product, the user will be contacted
